Privacy & order data

We collect only what the order needs.

This notice explains how Auriclare uses account, order, delivery and logistics information. Order processing and marketing subscriptions remain separate choices.

What we collect

Account, order and recipient details

When you create an account, we collect your email address, securely handled login credentials and any name you choose to add. At checkout we collect a phone number, recipient name, country, state or province, city, postal code, street address, optional company and order notes.

A recipient tax or customs identifier is requested only for destinations where customs or the carrier may require it. Do not place identity documents, card details or other unnecessary sensitive information in order notes.

Why we use it

Fulfilment, not unnecessary profiling

We use the information to create the order, contact the recipient, prepare customs declarations, book delivery, share tracking information and handle customer support. Transactional order messages are not marketing subscriptions.

Product, price, currency, SKU, quantity and shipment status are stored with the order so payment, stock and fulfilment can be checked.

Anonymous analytics

Interactions are recorded only after consent

If you allow anonymous analytics, we record page views, meaningful button clicks, product views, Stone Library module clicks and completion steps in the stone finder. Anonymous visitors use a random ID and short-lived session ID; email, IP address and browser fingerprints are not used as identity.

Analytics events never contain names, email, phone, address, order notes, gift messages, free-form search terms or the wording of stone-finder answers. Choosing necessary data only does not prevent account, bag or order features from working.

Service providers

Shared only where the service needs it

Supabase provides account authentication, the order database and consented first-party analytics; Cloudflare provides website hosting, network services and the event endpoint; YunExpress and its delivery partners handle shipping, customs and delivery. Each receives only the fields needed for its role.

Logistics services commonly require the recipient name, contact details, address, postal code and goods information such as product name, SKU, quantity, value, weight and sales link.

Your choices

Access, correction and deletion

Your account shows your own orders and logistics status. Contact Auriclare customer support before carrier submission if a delivery detail needs correction. You may also request access, correction or deletion where applicable law permits.

Orders involved in fulfilment, accounting or disputes may need to be retained for legal obligations and reasonable operating periods. Full addresses, phone numbers and identifiers are never displayed publicly.

Security boundary

Account isolation and admin-only access

Supabase Auth handles authentication; Auriclare does not receive or store plaintext passwords. Database row-level security allows customers to read only their own orders, while administrator accounts alone can view delivery details and update fulfilment.

Use a strong, unique password and do not reuse it on another service.

Before submitting

Check the details one more time.

A small spelling error can interrupt customs or delivery. Recheck the name, international phone number, postal code and complete street address.
